Sociium Foundation ("we", "us") is a Section 8 nonprofit company registered in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

• Account information when you sign up (name, email, phone, PAN, address).
• Donation details (amount, program, payment reference) required to process your contribution and issue receipts. Payment card details are handled directly by Razorpay and never touch our servers.

• To process donations and issue receipts, including 80G receipts where applicable.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide requested information.
• To meet statutory and tax-reporting obligations under Indian law.
• To send occasional updates about our work, which you can opt out of anytime.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing — Razorpay; email delivery) and with authorities where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Donation and receipt records are retained as required by Indian tax and company law; other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
