By using this website you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Sociium Foundation, a Section 8 nonprofit company in India.

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We accept donations in Indian Rupees (INR) from Indian payment instruments only. We do not hold FCRA registration and cannot accept foreign contributions.
• Donations are used to further the Foundation's charitable objects. Contributions to a specific program are applied to that program wherever feasible; the Foundation may reallocate funds where the need is greater.
• 80G tax-deduction receipts are issued only when our 80G registration is active; the receipt itself states its status.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account (including PAN for receipts). Keep your login method secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
